Thank your joining us at AR2014! Here are some important guidelines and for exhibitors:
The AR2014 exhibits will be held on the main level of the Westin LAX Hotel located at 5400 West Century Blvd in Los Angeles, CA.
The Exhibit Hall is free and we heavily promote it locally to encourage visitors. It will be open 10am - 6pm on July 11th & 12th (Friday & Saturday) and 10am - 5pm on July 13th (Sunday).
Please note: Thursday set-up times have changed and will now be between 8pm - 11pm; Friday morning set-up is 7:30am - 10am. Breakdown will be 5pm - 9pm on Sunday.
And don't forget to stick around for our Sunday evening closing celebration! We'll close out AR2014 with lots of fun ... join us for snacks, drinks, dancing, and more.
Exhibit materials can be shipped to the hotel to arrive no earlier than one week before the event. Aim for a delivery date of Monday-Thursday (July 7-10). Please note: If materials arrive earlier than one week prior, the hotel may misplace them.
Materials should be mailed to the address below, marked “For Animal Rights 2014” with the exhibitor’s name and number of boxes (1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3, etc.). Please use the format below:

Note: It is very important to include ALL of the above information for shipping!
When you arrive, please go to our registration area to pick up your pre-printed badges.
If you need to drop off packages, follow signs to the loading dock area. Then proceed to the parking area. The Westin offers a highly discounted parking rate of just $5/day parking rate.
If you have shipped packages (labeled according to our guidelines), they will be located inside the Exhibit Hall when you arrive.
