Exhibitor Guidelines

Thank your joining us at AR2016! Here are some important guidelines and for exhibitors and sponsors:

General Information

AR2016 will be held on the main level of the Sheraton Gateway Hotel located at 6101 West Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045.

The exhibit hall is free and we've been promoting it locally to encourage visitors. It will be open 10:15am - 6pm on Friday, July 8 and Saturday, July 9 and 10am - 5pm on Sunday, July 10.

Set-up & Breakdown Times

Set-up will be Thursday, July 7 between 4pm - 7pm and on Friday, July 8 between 8am - 10am. Breakdown will be 5pm - 9pm on Sunday.

And don't forget to stick around for our Sunday evening closing celebration at 8pm! We'll close out AR2016 with lots of fun... join us for snacks, drinks, and dancing.

Shipping Information

Aim for a delivery date between July 4-7 (Monday through Thursday). Return shipping through UPS & FedEx will be available from the hotel so bring your account number.

Note: It is very important to include ALL of the above information for shipping! The hotel charges $7 per package/box and $50 per pallet received, which will be billed directly from the hotel.

Checking In

When you arrive, please go to our registration area to pick up your pre-printed badges.

Loading Information & Shipped Packages

Exhibitors can access the Sheraton loading dock 6am -6pm off of 98th Street and Avion, directly behind the hotel.

Parking is $13 for daytime parking or $17 for overnight parking. We are currently seeking cheaper parking options, so stay tuned.

If you have shipped packages (labeled according to our guidelines), they will be located inside the exhibit hall when you arrive.

Hotel Fed EX & UPS Services

The hotel Fed Ex services provided by the hotel are: FedEx ALL Services First Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2 Day AM, FedEx 2 Day, and Fed Express Saver (3 Days). They also offer all UPS services.

The hotel does not schedule pick-ups; this is solely the responsibility of the sender.

Electricity & Internet

If you need electricity at your table, you should have already pre-purchased through your contract. If you would like more than one outlet, bring your own power strip.

The hotel meeting rooms have internet access.


You can request a refund via email or Eventbrite. We charge a $50 cancellation fee up until June 27, after that we do not offer a refund.
