Exhibiting at Animal Rights 2016 is an excellent way of presenting your mission, products, and services to opinion leaders and others in the animal protection and vegan communities. Recent conferences attracted more than a hudred exhibitors and 1,650 attendees and visitors.
Individual exhibitor promotion includes promotion on social media, as well as a listing in the printed Conference Program and a link on our website. The public is invited through local ads to attend free of charge. The Exhibit Hall is located in the ballroom on the main conference floor, and we frequently encourage attendees to visit during breaks.
Exhibits are open three days (July 8-10), Friday & Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm. We provide a 6-ft table (or equivalent space) and 2 chairs.
The exhibit registration fee is $500 for a commercial firm, $325 for a nonprofit organization selling merchandise, and $250 for a nonprofit organization that is not selling.
A second table of equal value may be purchased at a 10% discount. There is an additional $50 charge for wall space (an exhibit over 5.5' high has to be placed against a wall), $25 for electric hookup, and $50 for us setting up an unstaffed table.
Each exhibit table comes with two exhibitor badges, which provide admission to morning and evening plenary sessions and networking receptions (meals are not included). There is no admission fee to the exhibit hall so exhibitors may invite as many helpers as needed at no extra charge. Full registration fee for an exhibitor is $120 which allows access to the entire conference which includes morning and evening plenary sessions, daytime workshops, film screenings, and networking receptions (meals are not included).
Exhibitor registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encouarge you to join early to get a better spot in the exhibit hall, as well as take advantage of the benefits such as being listed on the website and promoted on social media & print publications. The final deadline for exhibitor registration is June 25.
Exhibit spaces will be assigned by conference management with priority given to sponsors, multiple exhibitors, and early registrants. The exhibits may not advocate or condone any form of animal exploitation, and any products offered for sale may not contain animal ingredients or be tested on animals.
