EXHIBITING AT AR2012
Exhibiting at Animal Rights 2012 is
a superb way of presenting your mission, products, and
services to opinion leaders and others in the animal protection
and vegan communities. Recent
conferences attracted 90+ exhibitors and 800-1000 attendees and visitors.
Individual exhibitor promotion includes a listing in the printed AR2012 Program and a link on our website. The public is invited through local ads to attend free of charge. The Exhibit Hall is located in the ballroom on the main conference floor, and we frequently encourage attendees to visit during breaks.
Exhibits are open three days, Friday-Sunday (August 3-5), 10:00am-6pm. We provide a 6-ft skirted table (or equivalent space) and 2 chairs.
Exhibit locations will be assigned by conference management with priority given to sponsors, multiple exhibitors, and early registrants. The exhibits may not advocate or condone any form of animal exploitation, and any products offered for sale may not contain animal ingredients or be tested on animals.
Exhibit Registration Fee is $500 for a commercial firm, $325 for a nonprofit organization selling merchandise, and $250 for a nonprofit organization that is not selling. A second table of equal value may be purchased at a 10% discount. There is an additional $50 charge for wall space (an exhibit over 5.5' high has to be placed against a wall), $25 for electric hookup, and $50 for us setting up an unstaffed table.
Each exhibit table comes with two exhibitor badges, which provide admission to morning/evening plenaries. There is no admission charge to the exhibit hall. Full registration fee for an exhibitor is $120.
