Exhibiting at the Animal Rights 2014 National Conference is a superb way of promoting your mission, products, and services. Here's why:
The Conference attracts 80+ exhibitors and nearly 1,000 attendees and visitors.
Most attendees are opinion leaders in animal protection and vegan communities.
All exhibits are located on the main Conference floor, next to the sessions.
All exhibit are exposed for 23 hours, and we constantly promote traffic.
We promote exhibitors through listings on AR2014 website and program book.
We have kept our exhibit fees low to encourage participation.
Exhibit registration fees is $500 for a commercial firm, $325 for a nonprofit organization selling merchandise, and $250 for a non-selling nonprofit organization. A second table gets a 10% discount.
There is an additional $50 charge for wall space per table (an exhibit over 5 feet high has to be placed against a wall), $25 for electric hookup per table, and $50 for us setting up an unstaffed table. Wireless internet must be purchased through the hotel.
Each exhibit table comes with two exhibitor badges, which provide admission to morning and evening plenary sessions and networking receptions. There is no admission fee to the exhibit hall, so exhibitors may invite as many helpers as needed at no extra charge. Full registration fee for an exhibitor is a discounted $120.
Exhibitor registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encouarge you to join early to get a better spot in the exhibit hall, as well as take advantage of the benefits such as being listed on the website and promoted on social media & print publications. The final deadline for exhibitor registration is June 30th.
