Exhibiting at the Animal Rights 2014 National Conference is a superb way of promoting your mission, products, and services. Here's why:

  • The Conference attracts 80+ exhibitors and nearly 1,000 attendees and visitors.

  • Most attendees are opinion leaders in animal protection and vegan communities.

  • All exhibits are located on the main Conference floor, next to the sessions.

  • All exhibit are exposed for 23 hours, and we constantly promote traffic.

  • We promote exhibitors through listings on AR2014 website and program book.

  • We have kept our exhibit fees low to encourage participation.

Exhibiting Fees and Perks

Exhibit registration fees is $500 for a commercial firm, $325 for a nonprofit organization selling merchandise, and $250 for a non-selling nonprofit organization. A second table gets a 10% discount.

There is an additional $50 charge for wall space per table (an exhibit over 5 feet high has to be placed against a wall), $25 for electric hookup per table, and $50 for us setting up an unstaffed table. Wireless internet must be purchased through the hotel.

Each exhibit table comes with two exhibitor badges, which provide admission to morning and evening plenary sessions and networking receptions. There is no admission fee to the exhibit hall, so exhibitors may invite as many helpers as needed at no extra charge. Full registration fee for an exhibitor is a discounted $120.

Exhibitor registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encouarge you to join early to get a better spot in the exhibit hall, as well as take advantage of the benefits such as being listed on the website and promoted on social media & print publications. The final deadline for exhibitor registration is June 30th.

The Fine Print
  • Exhibits are open 10am-6pm on Friday & Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday.
  • Setup time is after 4pm on Thursday; breakdown is before noon on Monday.
  • Each exhibit contains a 6-ft skirted table (or equivalent space) and 2 chairs.
  • Maximum exhibit height is 7 feet; those over 5 feet must be placed against a wall.
  • Exhibit locations will be assigned by Conference management with priority given to sponsors, repeat exhibitors, and early registrants. 
  • Exhibits with graphic messages may be placed in the back of the hall.
  • Exhibits may not advocate or condone any form of animal exploitation, and products offered may not contain animal ingredients or be tested on animals.
  • Exhibits may not violate or oppose the mission or spirit of the Conference.
  • We reserve the right to request an exhibitor to remove offensive material, or to close the exhibit, with refund of the exhibit fees and no additional liability.
  • Exhibitors agree to hold FARM and the Westin LAX Hotel harmless of any losses or damages incurred.
