EXHIBITS

Exhibits are open three days, Friday-Sunday (July 17-19), 9am-6pm. We provide a 6-ft skirted table (or equivalent space), 2 chairs, and a waste basket. Exhibit locations will be assigned by conference management team with priority given to Sponsors, multiple exhibitors, and early registrants.

Exhibit Registration is $500 for a commercial company, $300 for a nonprofit organization selling merchandise, and $200 for a nonprofit organization that is not selling. There is an additional $50 charge for an exhibit over 5.5' high (which has to be against a wall - space is limited so register early if you need wall space), $25 for electric hookup, and $50 for setting up an unstaffed table. A free literature table will be provided.

The exhibits may not advocate any form of animal exploitation, and any products offered for sale may not contain animal ingredients or be tested on animals.

Shipping Details - IMPORTANT!

Materials should arrive as close to Thursday, July 16th as possible, and NOT before Monday, July 13th. Hotel receiving has discounted their rate to $5 per box (any weight) and $25/palette, which will be conveniently added to guestrooms. Packages will be stored in the receiving area or the exhibit hall.

Please be sure to specify on each box: (1) Animal Rights 2009 Exhibitor, (2) the name of your group/exhibit and (3) your name (as listed on the hotel reservation).

We also recommend including the number of boxes (#1 out of 3, #2 out of 3, #3 out of 3).

To ship FROM the hotel: Pack and label the boxes (the hotel has shipping labels if needed -- Fed Ex/UPS). Use your own account number or a credit card to place on the shipping slips. The Westin housemen will deliver the packages to the loading dock at the greatly reduced rate of $5/box & $25/palette.
