In an effort to make the Conference affordable to all, we set aside rooms for those who don't mind sharing with others.  We will have up to six people per room so only floor space is guaranteed, but some people will have shared bed space. 

The details of who is in each room and the final sleeping arrangements are decided onsite and among roommates (not by AR Conference management).

It's $20/night prepaid by cash, check or credit card.  The rooms are available from June 27th (Thursday) through the morning of July 1st  (Monday morning check-out). 

This arrangement is not for everyone, but it seems to work well for the people who choose it.  We will try to have one co-ed room and one all-female room.
