We were once again very fortunate to obtain one of the national capital area's finest conference venues - the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center Hotel. This is the same venue we had in 2006, 2008, and 2010. The address is 5000 Seminary Rd, Alexandria, VA 22311.

The hotel offers deeply discounted rooms with cruelty-free bedding and dog beds, superb meeting facilities with a walkout patio & lake, as well as free parking and shuttle to the Metro and National Airport.

We were able to negotiate a fabulous room rate of only $95 + tax (11.5% + $1) for 1-4 people. Rollaways are only $10/night. Depending on occupancy, that works out to as little as $27 per person/night including tax. All bedding is cruelty-free, and dog beds are available (for a small cleanup fee).

Meeting Spaces

Exhibits, plenaries, and workshops will be held in the Plaza Ballroom. Video screenings will be in the Beech Theater. Rap Sessions and Campaign Reports, as well as all meals and receptions will be held in the lovely Terrace Ballroom, all on the Conference Level. Registration will be at the bottom of escalator.
